Refund policy

All Calico & Clove products are digital PDF downloads delivered instantly after checkout. Nothing physical will be shipped. Because patterns are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds on digital downloads.
If your file won't download, arrives damaged, or you have any problem with your order, contact us at support@calicoandclove.com or through our contact page within 30 days and we'll make it right — whether that's re-sending your files or helping troubleshoot. If we can't resolve a genuine file problem, we'll refund your order.
