Is this a physical product?
No. Calico & Clove sells digital cross stitch PDF patterns. No fabric, floss, hoop, needle, or physical kit will be shipped.
How do I download my pattern?
After checkout, you will receive a download link by email and/or on the order confirmation page. Save the PDF or ZIP file to your device.
What files are included?
Most paid patterns include a full-color chart, black-and-white symbol chart, DMC floss list, finished-size guide, and printing instructions.
What floss brand do you use?
Patterns are charted with DMC floss colors unless stated otherwise.
Can I print the pattern?
Yes. Each pattern is designed for printing or viewing on a tablet.
Can I sell finished stitched pieces?
You may use finished stitched pieces for personal use and handmade gifts. If selling finished stitched pieces, keep it small-scale and do not sell, upload, or redistribute the digital pattern files.
Do you offer refunds?
Because these are digital downloads, purchases are generally non-refundable once files have been delivered. If your file is missing, damaged, or inaccessible, contact us and we will make it right.
