A digital embroidery design—the file your machine reads to stitch the artwork. Nothing physical ships: no hoop, stabilizer, thread, or finished item. The photos show stitched examples, not the product being delivered.

Every paid machine embroidery design includes PES, DST, JEF, EXP, and VP3 files in one ZIP. Each listing also gives the exact dimensions and stitch details for the sizes included.

If your machine reads one of those five formats, it should. PES is common for Brother and Baby Lock; DST for Tajima and many commercial machines; JEF for Janome and Elna; EXP for Bernina and Melco; and VP3 for Husqvarna Viking and Pfaff. Your machine manual is the final word.

Check the exact millimeter measurements on the product page before purchasing. Compare them with your hoop's sewing field—not the outside dimensions of the hoop, which are larger.

A small adjustment in your machine's editor can be workable, but substantial resizing changes stitch density and can cause gaps, puckering, or needle breaks. Use the included sizes whenever possible.

No. The files are ready to stitch. Software is optional if you want to combine designs, reposition them, or change thread colors before stitching.

Unzip the download first, then use the transfer method your machine supports—usually a USB stick, cable, or its wireless app. Read the full download and transfer guide.

As a starting point, use cut-away for knits or stretchy fabric, tear-away for stable wovens, and water-soluble topper over textured fabric such as towels or fleece. See the stabilizer guide by fabric.

Start with stabilizer, hoop tension, and a fresh needle. If the issue still looks like a file problem, contact us with a photo and your machine model so we can help.

Yes. The free Highland Calf design is a full machine embroidery design and a good way to confirm your machine reads the included formats.

A printable digital PDF chart. No fabric, floss, hoop, needle, kit, or other physical item is shipped.

Most paid patterns include a full-color chart, a black-and-white symbol chart, a DMC floss list, a finished-size guide, and printing instructions.

DMC, unless a listing says otherwise. The floss numbers are included so you can substitute from another brand if you prefer.

Both. Charts are designed to print cleanly at home and to read on a screen. The black-and-white symbol chart is often the easier choice for tablet stitching.

Each listing gives its stitch count and finished dimensions across common fabric counts, so you can check the size before buying.

Try a free mini pattern. It is a low-pressure way to learn the basics and see whether the craft is a good fit for you.

Your files are available immediately after checkout. Look for the download link on the order confirmation page and in the order email, then save the PDF or ZIP file to your device.

Check spam and promotions folders first. If it is genuinely missing, contact us with the email address used at checkout.

On iPhone or iPad, save the ZIP to the Files app and tap it to unzip. On Android, save it, open it in your Files app, and choose Extract. A computer is usually the smoother route for moving machine files onto an embroidery machine.

No. You can check out as a guest. An account can make it easier to find past orders later.

Yes. You may sell finished physical items you stitch yourself, including through your small business. Mass manufacturing and any distribution of the digital files are not permitted.

No. Digital files are licensed to the purchaser for personal use. Do not sell, share, upload, email, post, or distribute the original, converted, resized, or re-digitized files.

No. That is outside the standard license. Please contact us before making plans for a larger commercial use.

Digital files cannot be returned after delivery, so sales are final. If a file is missing, corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from its listing, contact us and we will make it right.
