Because Calico & Clove sells digital PDF patterns, no physical item will be shipped.
Digital downloads are generally non-refundable once delivered. If your file is missing, damaged, or inaccessible, contact us and we will make it right.
Please review each listing before purchase to confirm you are buying a digital pattern, not a finished stitched piece or physical kit.
